Det verkar som att de som gett 5 stjärnor i betyg jobbar på företaget, Intressekonflikt? I så fall är inte det tillåtet. Hur som helst så är "ekonomi avdelningen" otroligt inkompetent och otrevlig. Most rude customer service , billing section whoever is the worest member there. Doesn't know how to speak to a customer. Sending bill wrong and later charging fine for that and saying it's my responsibility. I had asked before to send bill via mail but that cannot and justify by putting blame on postnord.
